On Jul 1st, MetaSonic Co.,Ltd. was founded.
Metasonic is an ultrasonic technology-driven venture company that is all about ultrasonic technology. We are the No. 1 ultrasonic-powered beauty skincare device design/development/manufacturing company. We are registered as a Research Development lab and work with global semiconductor company SK Hynix to develop ultrasonic-based equipment/machines.
SkinLinks : SkinLinks symbolizes the connection and synergy between skin cells, enabling them to work as they naturally did in youth. It signifies the innovation and science behind restoring skin to its healthiest state.
Estella : Estella motivates individuals to strive for their best skin by combining advanced skincare technologies, harmonious cellular function, and youthful vibrance. It represents a journey towards skin that reflects vitality and confidence.

- Aug: SK Hynix Memory / HBM Semiconductor Ultrasonic Reliability Failure Acceleration 1st Test.
- Jul: Signed MOU with Gangnam YEZEL CLINIC for Medical Beauty Solutions.
- Jun: Patent 4: Filed the world's first PENTA ultrasonic patent (1/3/5/7/10 MHz). Released "Estella" homecare product.
- Jun: Patent 3: Filed for next-generation high-performance AI semiconductor bridge logic integrated HBM memory packaging structure.
- May: Participated in COSMOBEAUTY Seoul 2024 (May 29–31) at Coex Hall A.
- Apr: Participated in Boom-Up Korea, organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, with "Estella" beauty products (April 15–16).
- Mar: Exported the first 10 units of "Estella Pro" to South America (Brazil) — a 5G multi-ultrasound homecare device.
- Mar.: Developed and mass-produced the world's first portable device.
- Mar: Patent 1: Filed overseas PCT patents in three countries (USA, Brazil, China).
- Feb: Established the Estella Beauty Education Association.
- Jan: Obtained KC and CE certifications for 3G/5G portable beauty homecare products, "Estella."
- Dec: Launched the “EstellaPRO version" exclusively for MetaSonic New Aesthetic Shops.
- Nov: Developed an ultrasonic mechanical stress monitor for 3D stacked semiconductors (HBM).
- Oct: Secured orders for industrial ultrasonic oscillators for micro-hole machining.
- Sep: Advanced development of JM Semiconductor LTD PH2.
- Aug: Developed a multi-ultrasound system for promoting LIPUS bio-stem cell lab cultures.
- Jun: Completed the TIPA-Small and Medium Business Administration growth R&D project and registered the technology.
- May: Registered with SK Hynix BP and delivered LPDDRS and GDDR6 contact ultrasonic modules.
- Apr: Established MetaSonic's affiliated corporate research institute.
- Apr: Signed MOU for postnatal service "MomCare SkinLinks" products.
- Feb: Signed an MOU with Dankook University for AI convergence research, technology development, and talent cultivation (semiconductor testing).
- Feb: Signed an MOU with Cellco Co., Ltd., for research collaboration in the ultrasonic biofield.
- Dec: Obtained KC certification in Korea and CE/FCC certifications abroad for SKINLINKS.
- Nov: Completed the first verification of ultrasonic reliability failure screening for SK Hynix DDR5/GDDR6 (secured orders for standard equipment for ultrasonic stress evaluation).
- Oct: Filed international PCT applications for MetaSonic Patent 1 and Patent 2.
- Aug: Completed development of the SKINLINKS Quadruple multi-ultrasound anti-aging beauty system (1/3/10/17 MHz).
- Apr: Registered Patent 1 and received IP evaluation from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation.
- Mar: Selected for the Small and Medium Business Administration's R&D support project by the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center.
- Feb: Registered the MetaSonic research seminar on the SK Hynix I-TAP system.
- Jan: Conducted technology exchange sessions with SK Hynix R-LAB (January–July) on 3D semiconductor potential defect screening technology.
- Dec: Delivered a high-power industrial ultrasonic oscillator (20K–3500).
- Nov: Filed Patent 2 (Semiconductor Reliability): "Defect Screening Device and Method for Stacked Semiconductors."
- Oct: Filed Patent 1 (Medical/Beauty): "Composite Ultrasonic Transducer with a Single Structure."
- Aug: Completed quality verification of four types of 7 MHz HIFU transducers (medical/beauty precision components).
- Aug: Secured orders for high-power industrial ultrasonic oscillators for micro-hole machining on Si-C wafers (3500 Watts).
- Jul: Established MetaSonic.
